Hypertext for the Perplexed—HT4TP—is a low-tech yet epic conversational guided tour of extraordinary experience, challenges to mainstream narratives, and the nature of belief.

Crafted in the interactive medium of questions and multiple choices, HT4TP has no answers. HT4TP offers, rather, an interface with mystery, to temper perplexity with meaning and purpose. Or, at the very least, to provide a validating, thought-provoking, and mind-expanding way to make good use of a little of the time you have in your one-and-done meatsuit experience, or simulation interface device, or gobsmackingly realistic dream, or whatever is going on here.

HT4TP was originally conceived and supported by psychospiritual arty-math mathy-art initiative Hypothesis, and HT4TP will premiere, in a special version, as interactive dialog in Hypothesis’ forthcoming video game, Gardens of Danu.
